Chester (“Chet”) Paul Lukaszewski is widely regarded as one of the most skilled and knowledgeable disability pension attorneys in New York. He specializes in disability pension litigation and has represented hundreds of New York City police officers, firefighters, EMTs, correction officers, sanitation workers, teachers, and other municipal employees in their disability retirement claims.

Mr. Lukaszewski is the co-founder of The 9/11 Police Aid Foundation and has served as an advisor to the World Trade Center Rescuers Foundation and the WTC Medical Monitoring Programs. He has been recognized by Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney as an attorney who advocated for 9/11 victims and has represented 9/11 responders since the passage of the James Zadroga Health and Compensation Act in 2010.
